Damaged Items
I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging, I will be happy to offer you a replacement or full refund on your order.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.
Returning package
If your package has been returned to our studio after unsuccessful delivery attempts, please note that there may have been errors in the shipping details provided, or we were unable to reach you for delivery.
We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and we are here to assist you with two options.
- You can choose to have the package resent, with standard shipping costing $12-20 or express shipping costing $28-30.
Alternatively
- we can offer a 60% refund of the product value.
For Express shipping, we will cover the shipping costs for the returning package.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations have a significant impact on a small business like mine, so I kindly ask that you double-check your cart before completing your purchase.
However, if you do need to cancel an order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been packed for shipment. Please note that a non-refundable cancellation fee of $15 or the total shipping cost (whichever is higher) will apply. Thank you for your understanding!
Feeling disappointed and unsatisfied
We strive to provide the best quality products and customer service, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise.
If you are not happy with the product you received, please contact us within 4 days after retrieving the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue with you and ensure your satisfaction.
In the event that we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a 30-50% refund on the product in question.
