Returning package

If your package has been returned to our studio after unsuccessful delivery attempts, please note that there may have been errors in the shipping details provided, or we were unable to reach you for delivery.

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and we are here to assist you with two options. 

- You can choose to have the package resent, with standard shipping costing $12-20 or express shipping costing $28-30. 

Alternatively

- we can offer a 60% refund of the product value.

For Express shipping, we will cover the shipping costs for the returning package. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.

Cancellations

Cancellations affect a small business like mine quite a lot. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to make sure the items added to cart are what you want before checking out.

But if you really need to make a cancellation, they are only accepted within 24 hours from the placement of the order or before the order has been packed for dispatched, whichever is earlier. A non refundable cancellation fee of 10 USD will be imposed for cancellations
