Cancellation
📦 Cancellation Policy
As a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on us. Our payment system charges a fee of 5–10% for each canceled order T.T" , which we are unable to recover.
Here are our cancellation guidelines:
• For all cancellations: The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order includes free shipping within your country, cancellation will not be possible.
• Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
• If you’d like to change your item:
Please place a new order of equal or greater value. We’ll then happily cancel your original order free of charge—we’ll cover the cancellation fee for you.
To avoid any unexpected charges, we kindly suggest double-checking your order before completing checkout.

Payment
We currently only accept USD $ as our form of currency.
You can choose to pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Apple Pay for your convenience.
Shipping
Shipping process
After receiving your order, we will need 4-7 business days to carefully pack and prepare your items for shipping.
For the USA
We'll create the label after packing and wait for DHL Express to pick up the whole batch together.
Once it arrives in the USA, the packages will be separated and sent to each order individually by USPS to your door.
The shipping process will take approximately 1-3 weeks to arrive at the destination. Therefore, the status shown on the website will be activated after USPS sends it out in the USA. 🙌🏻🥰
Please note that**: This is the best way to ship to the USA. If you want to receive the product within a few week, we recommend choosing Express shipping.
For other countries
(United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, United States, Brunei, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan)
We will send it out via Thai Post. The timeline will depend on your local postal service. 🫶🏻 (Approximately 2-6 weeks delivery)

It usually arrives faster than expected, taking around 1-3 weeks to arrive.
Express shipping
Available in some countries, we will ship by FedEx Express, DHL Express, Fastship Express, or EMS World Post.
We will choose the best timeline from the available shipping options. The delivery timeline is approximately within 1-2 weeks based on the shipping website that has been shown.
Note: 📦 Please note we are not responsible for any Import Taxes or Duties that may apply to International orders.
We take pride in carefully packaging each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, the shipping timeline is beyond our control-the shipping time line itself.

Care instruction
Here at our studio, we take pride in crafting beautiful products made from high-quality porcelain clay.
Our handcrafted products are all food-safe, meaning you can feel confident using them to serve your favorite dishes without worrying about any harmful chemicals leaching into your food. Additionally, our porcelain products are also microwave-safe, allowing you to easily warm up leftovers or heat up a quick meal without any concerns.
While our porcelain products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing them to help maintain their beauty and longevity.
Shop Policies
Damaged Items
I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging, I will be happy to offer you a replacement or full refund on your order.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.
Feeling Disappointed with Your Order?
At our studio, we do our best to provide high-quality handmade products and thoughtful customer service. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise.
Please note that each item is handcrafted, making every piece truly one of a kind. Because of this, there may be slight variations from the photos shown — something we’ve tried to explain clearly in each product description.
If you’re not happy with the item you received, we kindly ask that you contact us within 4 days of receiving your package. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
If we are informed after the 4-day window, we regret that we won’t be able to offer changes or cancellations, as our system uses tracking history to verify the delivery date.

Return Policies
Return & Reshipping Policies
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. Below are our guidelines for handling returned packages and product returns:
1. Return Due to Insufficient Address
If the customer provides incomplete or incorrect address details, and the package has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is unfortunately out of our hands.
Once the tracking number is provided, your package is already with the shipping carrier and cannot be changed or redirected, and we cannot resend a new package.
Mostly the local shipping carrier may mark the parcel as lost to avoid the cost of returning it.
If the package is successfully returned to our studio, you may request to have it resent.
A standard reshipping fee of $20–$50 (paid by the customer) will apply, depending on the new shipping destination.
We will also provide the official shipping bill for transparency.
2. Return Due to Shipping Process Error
This occurs when the courier mishandles the package or makes a routing or delivery error.
Solution:
We will resend your package free of charge, but we require proof of the shipping error.
Please provide one of the following:
- A screenshot of the tracking status showing the issue
- An official message or email from the courier confirming the error
Once verified, we will proceed with reshipping at no extra cost.
3. Return Policy for Unimpressed
• Unsatisfied Without a Specific Reason
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you will need to provide evidence showing that the item does not meet our quality standards or does not match what is shown on our website.
If no evidence is provided or unclear, you may still return the product, but the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
Once the returned parcel arrives safely at our studio and we confirm the condition, we will process the refund immediately.
• Minor Damage (Still Functional)
If the product has minor imperfections but is still functional, and you can provide clear evidence, you may choose one of the following solutions:
- Return the product
- Refund of your original shipping feeWe will refund the original shipping cost to help cover your return shipping fee.(Example: If your original shipping was $12, you will receive a $12 refund.)
- Replacement with free reshippingA replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and reviewed at our studio.
Important:
Please pack the item securely.
If the returned item arrives broken due to poor packaging, the return will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt for your record.
• If You Prefer Not to Return the Item
If you do not wish to return the product, you may discuss with us to find a fair solution for both sides.

Out-of-stock items
We’re dedicated to keeping our website updated 2–4 times a month to ensure our inventory stays fresh and you’re always informed about our latest creations.
While we strive to restock popular products, we kindly ask for your understanding that restocks for Out-of-stock items may not always be possible.
For our Most-loved items
Such as Happy bread collection or Breakfast collection, we’re working on restocking and introducing a preorder system, offering batches for those who are willing to wait. Please keep in mind that handmade products take time to craft, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we bring these special pieces to you.
For less popular items, restocking will depend on our production schedule, and we may not be able to provide a specific timeline at this time.
Our seasonal collections, such as Christmas, Pride Month, Halloween, and more, are only available for a limited time. Be sure to secure your favorites while they’re here! Occasionally, seasonal items may make a return in the following year’s collection, so stay tuned for updates.

Shipping to the USA after August 29
Shipping to the USA
We understand you may be concerned about the new U.S. tariff taking effect on August 29. At Oraclay, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all duties and taxes are fully cleared by us before your package arrives.
💡 This ensures that customers in the U.S. will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
The only impact is on our side — shipping costs may increase slightly, but we’ll handle that for you.
Your orders are shipped via DHL Express or Yun Express (through Hong Kong port) and then safely delivered to your doorstep by USPS.
So you can simply relax and look forward to your Oraclay piece arriving soon 🫶🏻
