Care instruction
Here at our studio, we take pride in crafting beautiful products made from high-quality porcelain clay.
Our handcrafted products are all food-safe, meaning you can feel confident using them to serve your favorite dishes without worrying about any harmful chemicals leaching into your food. Additionally, our porcelain products are also microwave-safe, allowing you to easily warm up leftovers or heat up a quick meal without any concerns.
While our porcelain products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing them to help maintain their beauty and longevity.
Shipping
Packing Schedule
- Shipping Frequency: Orders are packed weekly in batches due towe are also working on creating ceramics at the same time.
- Timing: We aim to pack every 7 business days, averaging 4-5 batches monthly. If your order is placed after a batch has shipped, please be patient until the next round.
- Urgent Orders: For urgent needs, select the express shipping option for prioritized packing.
Import Tax & Duties (DDP)
- Policy: We generally ship using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to cover import taxes. However, local fees may still apply based on customs regulations in your country.
Holding Orders / Gift Delivery Requests
- Holding Packages / Scheduled Shipping Requests: We can hold your order for up to 1 month if you would like to schedule a later shipping date or combine packages together.
- Gift Messages: Feel free to contact us to include a short gift message (around 1-2 lines).
Packaging Process
- Materials: Each order is packed with care using:
- Soft foam bag wrap
- 2-3 layers of bubble wrap
- Oraclay patterned paper
- Biodegradable packing peanuts or eco-friendly fillers
- Eco-Friendly Commitment: We use eco-friendly materials as much as possible, but some plastic may be necessary for protection.
For the USA
We'll create the label after packing and wait for YUN Express to pick up the whole batch together.
Once it arrives in the USA, the packages will be separated and sent to each order individually by USPS to your door.
The shipping process will take approximately 1-3 weeks( usually 14 days) to arrive at the destination.
Please note that**: This is the best way to ship to the USA. If you want to receive the product within a few week, we recommend choosing Express shipping.
For other countries

We will send it out via Thai Post. The timeline will depend on your local postal service. 🫶🏻 (Approximately 2-4 weeks delivery)

It usually arrives faster than expected, taking around 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Payment
We currently only accept USD $ as our form of currency.
You can choose to pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Apple Pay for your convenience.
Cancellation
📦 Cancellation Policy
As a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on us. Our payment system charges a fee of 5–10% for each canceled order T.T" , which we are unable to recover.
Here are our cancellation guidelines:
• For all cancellations: The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order includes free shipping within your country, cancellation will not be possible.
• Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
• If you’d like to change your item:
Please place a new order of equal or greater value. We’ll then happily cancel your original order free of charge—we’ll cover the cancellation fee for you.
To avoid any unexpected charges, we kindly suggest double-checking your order before completing checkout.
Out-of-stock items
We’re dedicated to keeping our website updated 2–4 times a month to ensure our inventory stays fresh and you’re always informed about our latest creations.
While we strive to restock popular products, we kindly ask for your understanding that restocks for Out-of-stock items may not always be possible.
For our Most-loved items
Such as Happy bread collection or Breakfast collection, we’re working on restocking and introducing a preorder system, offering batches for those who are willing to wait. Please keep in mind that handmade products take time to craft, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we bring these special pieces to you.
For less popular items, restocking will depend on our production schedule, and we may not be able to provide a specific timeline at this time.
Our seasonal collections, such as Christmas, Pride Month, Halloween, and more, are only available for a limited time. Be sure to secure your favorites while they’re here! Occasionally, seasonal items may make a return in the following year’s collection, so stay tuned for updates.
Shipping to the USA
Shipping to the USA
We understand you may be concerned about the new U.S. tariff taking effect on August 29. At Oraclay, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all duties and taxes are fully cleared by us before your package arrives.
💡 This ensures that customers in the U.S. will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
The only impact is on our side — shipping costs may increase slightly, but we’ll handle that for you.
Your orders are shipped via DHL Express or Yun Express (through Hong Kong port) and then safely delivered to your doorstep by USPS.
So you can simply relax and look forward to your Oraclay piece arriving soon 🫶🏻
